1. Delete all copies of the add-in.

2. Send an email to info@flexchat.ai from the email you used to make your purchase.

3. State in the email that you have deleted all copies of the add-in.

4. Please provide the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Please note that it may take some time to process your refund, and it will be issued using your original method of purchase.
