The tools in the FlexChat section relate to the current FlexChat “Conversation”. The Conversation is a table within your document that looks like this:

A FlexChat Converstation

To create a New Conversation in your document, click the “New Conversation” Command

Because you can have multiple conversations in your document, the current conversation is defined as the conversation in which your cursor is currently located.

The Conversation contains the conversation that you are having with ChatGPT, including various parameters to govern how ChatGPT responds to prompts (your question, statement, or instructions to be sent to ChatGPT) that you provide.

For more information about the parameters and working with of the table see the Flex Chat Conversation help area.

You can select the same prompt text again and use this tool to get an alternative image.
